Administrators and instructors at accredited public or private institutions may complete the form below to request up to two copies per title for instructor use (where paperback copies of the title have been adopted for instructional use), or one copy per title for evaluation purposes each academic year, at no charge. Evaluation and instructor copies are subject to approval. Course module products are excluded.

Books will be sent via ground shipping to a school street address. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
